ZYRS public data ================ The smallest real companies listed on the Nasdaq, screened and ranked, with market cap computed from each company's own SEC filing rather than read off a screener field. Free, no key, no auth, CORS open. Why this is not just another screener ------------------------------------- Screener market-cap fields are wrong for small foreign and multi-class issuers, because they often cover a single listed share class. Measured on 2026-09-03: the Nasdaq screener put Founder Group (FGL) at $184,458 while the share count in the company's own 20-F implies $291,830,574. Wrong by about 1,584 times. MGN was out by 17.6x, WHLR by 2.5x. So this endpoint computes it instead: market cap = shares outstanding (SEC XBRL, dei:EntityCommonStockSharesOutstanding) x last sale (Nasdaq screener) Every row carries the date its share count was filed, plus links to that company's Nasdaq quote page and its SEC filing index, so you can check any figure yourself. Warrants, units, rights, preferreds and depositary shares are excluded, because they are paper rather than businesses and you cannot build a position in a company by buying them. Then: last sale at or above $0.10, at least $25,000 traded per day, computed market cap at least $50,000, and two sanity screens that reject stale filings (a day's share volume cannot exceed the shares that exist, and a day's dollar volume cannot exceed the whole company).
